Juul Shipped Tainted Merchandise, Lawsuit Alleges

October 31, 2019 — Almost a million tainted nicotine pods have been knowingly distributed by e-cigarette maker Juul Labs, a former firm finance govt claims in a lawsuit.

One other allegation within the lawsuit filed Tuesday by legal professionals for Siddharth Breja is that Juul didn’t listing expiration dates on its merchandise, the Related Press reported.

Juul — the best-selling e-cigarette model within the U.S. — fired Breja earlier this yr. The swimsuit claims that Breja was terminated after opposing firm practices.
